The heat sink adopts die-cast aluminum alloy molding, with its surface treated by passivation process and then coated with dedicated outdoor-grade plastic powder.
The lamp body is shaped from extruded aluminum alloy, undergoing chromate treatment before being finished with professional outdoor powder coating.
Customers may choose between high-output 5050 LED chips and mid-power 3030 LED modules. Ultra-clear toughened glass is adopted, which resists adhesion of dust and oil stains effectively.
A breathable pressure relief valve is fitted inside the light chamber to balance internal and external air pressure. It prevents fogging and condensation buildup within the cavity, stabilizing lumen output and extending the overall service life of the LED luminaire.
